Social Media Integrations (Facebook & Instagram)

Sakebari integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to provide automated messaging and content publishing services. When you use these features:

Data Access: We access your public profile and specific permissions you grant (such as pages_messaging, pages_manage_posts, pages_show_list, instagram_business_manage_messages, instagram_business_content_publish, and instagram_business_manage_insights).
Message Processing: Incoming messages to your connected accounts are processed by our AI to provide relevant responses. We store these messages to maintain conversation context.
Platform Compliance: Our use of information received from Meta APIs will adhere to the Meta Developer Terms and Platform Policies.
Data Revocation: You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through our Settings page or by removing Sakebari's access in your Facebook/Instagram security settings.
Data Deletion Requests: To request deletion of your data, including data received from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email privacy@sakebari.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email. We will process requests within 30 days. You may also remove our app in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings and click "Send Request" to trigger data deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

With service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing)
